Yes. There's no charge for a quote and no obligation to go ahead.

We're based in Stafford and cover Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Cheshire and Birmingham, plus the surrounding areas — get in touch if you're just outside these towns.

For most projects a deposit is required to secure materials and your slot in the schedule, with the balance due on completion. Exact terms are set out clearly in your written quote before any work begins.

Materials & Planning

Materials, Permissions & Drainage

Most driveways don't need planning permission if a permeable surface is used, or if water is directed to a lawn/border rather than the road — this is a national permitted development rule (not a Repoint policy), and we'll confirm what applies to your specific property.

Block paving is the most versatile and repairable option; resin gives a smooth, modern, permeable surface; large-format porcelain is extremely low-maintenance and frost/stain resistant. We'll bring samples and talk through the trade-offs for your project during the quote visit.

A driveway or patio laid without the correct fall will pool water, and over time that water finds its way toward the house, causing damp. Every job we lay includes properly calculated drainage falls — it's one of the most commonly skipped steps by less experienced installers.

Yes — we offer a workmanship guarantee across our driveway, patio, brickwork and landscaping projects. Full terms are set out in your written quote.

Payment & Aftercare

Payment, Finance & Looking After The Finished Job

Yes, through our FCA-regulated finance partner, Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited. See our Finance page for full details and the required regulatory disclosure.

This varies by material — block paving benefits from occasional re-sanding of joints, natural stone from an occasional reseal, and porcelain needs virtually no upkeep beyond routine cleaning. We'll talk you through the specific aftercare for whatever's installed.

Get in touch straight away — our workmanship guarantee means any genuine issue with the work itself will be put right.
